About TodoVino
What is TodoVino?
TodoVino is one of Spain's leading fine wine specialists. We publish the annual TodoVino Guide to Spanish Fine Wines (currently in its sixth edition, with the 2008 one on the way), and we sell wines direct to the consumer on www.todovino.com and www.todovino.co.uk. Only wines that have made it into our Guide are sold on our websites. We also publish a monthly magazine about Spanish wines, and TV content on a Spanish food and wine channel. Our TodoVino Wine Club has thousands of members in Spain, enjoying a monthly selection of excellent wines. We also host the largest annual private tasting in Spain in Madrid every year (the TodoVino Spanish Wine Experience). In addition to these activities, we are responsible for the wine selection and service for Business First passengers on all long-haul Iberia flights.
Why is TodoVino different?
TodoVino is the leading independent wine company in Spain offering a unique, value-added service to the discerning wine consumer and enthusiast. We taste thousands of wines every year, visit wineries all over Spain all year round, and as a result of this work, publish our highly influential Guide as well as a monthly magazine. This concentrated expertise and effort is unique in our country, and as a result, offers our customers a highly attractive service based on rigorous research and a passion for great wine.
What is the Guide?

What sort of wines do you stock?
We stock a large selection of wines from our Guides. Read more about our Guide to find out how we choose our wines. All our wines are from Spain. We only sell wines that appear in our Guides, and therefore have undergone a rigorous selection process. In addition to our standard “Red Seals” rating system, we also classify our wines in other ways: recent discoveries, value-for-money, and hard-to-find.

How do I search for wines?
You can search for wine with a simple keyword in the top-left open text field at the top of every page on this site, or through the advanced search facility. If you can't find what you're looking for please contact us for assistance or advice.
Do I need to have an account with TodoVino?
You don't need an account to make a purchase for the first time, but an account is in effect created for you when you complete the transaction, and your details are kept in our secure database. Currently we are unable to offer an account login function online for future purchases.
Is there a minimum purchase?
No, you can order as few or as many bottles as you like. However, for UK customers we recommend a minimum order of six bottles as shipping costs are the same for 1-6 bottles; therefore the shipping cost per bottle diminishes the more bottles you order, giving you better value for money. How do I complete a purchase?
The steps to complete a transaction are simple and should be familiar to you from transactions on other websites. You select your wines from the wine profile pages and add them to the shopping cart. You can go to the shopping cart at any time from any page to complete your purchase. As you move through the steps to final confirmation, you will be asked to give personal details and credit card details. After confirmation, you will be sent an instant email autoreply with the details of your purchase and an order number you can use for any further enquiries.
How do I pay?
Two payment methods are available:

Credit card (American Express , VISA, MasterCard) through the Banco de Sabadell gateway we currently use

international bank transfer to our Banco de Sabadell account: IBAN ES65 0081 5094 83 0001014104, SWIFT code BSABESBB. Orders by bank transfer are only processed once the funds have been received.
Once we receive your order, TodoVino will e-mail you the invoice, confirming your purchase.
Are my credit card details secure?
All the TodoVino webpages for the submission of person data, from personal contact and delivery details to credit card details, are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, ensuring that the data cannot be intercepted or read by third parties. This is the most secure technology available for the submission of data online, and is the e-commerce standard.
Can I amend my order?
Once your order has been placed, you can request an amendment by contacting our customer service staff on infoclientes@todovino.com and quoting your order number, or by replying to the automatic email you'll receive immediately after placing your order. We will be able to amend it if we receive it before dispatch. However, we almost always process orders the same day they're received, so once your card has been charged and the order processed for dispatch, the wine is effectively on its way, and the order cannot be changed.
Can I order wines that are not available on the site?
Not directly. However, feel free to contact us if you have any special requests. We are more than happy to receive requests and enquiries. Sometimes we are able to source wines for customers if the order is for wines we publish in our Guide, and the order is sufficiently large to justify an effort outside of our normal sourcing and distribition procedures.

Our wines are kept in our warehouse in Madrid.

Note that the cost per bottle goes down as you order more bottles. We use UPS for our deliveries, and only charge you the cost to us.
How long will it take for my wine to arrive?
We normally process orders on the day they are submitted (Monday-Friday), or at the latest on the next working day. If the order is processed before 1pm Spanish time, it will be dispatched later that afternoon. Deliveries normally take three working days from date of dispatch – this is the UPS standard commitment. Therefore a wine dispatched on a Monday will arrive in the UK by Friday. UPS commit to delivering the wine between 09.00 and 17.00 UK time. We recommend giving a work address to ensure that there is someone there to receive them when they are delivered. We can supply customers with a UPS tracking code if they wish to follow the progress of the delivery. Please visit www.ups.com for more information.
What about UK duties and taxes?
This web site has been developed to serve our UK customers and is exclusively dedicated to the UK market.
All prices shown include Customs & Excise duties on alcoholic beverages (currently about £1.33 per bottle) and 17.5% VAT.
In accordance with UK legislation, TodoVino has registered as REDS (Registered Excise Dealer & Shipper, Dixcart international Ltd, REDS agent: 652720840-000) to declare and liquidate duties and VAT.

What is your Privacy Policy?
TodoVino will not share your personal information with any other party. We use the highest encryption system available, the SSL secure server, to ensure that your personal data and credit card details are sent securely, preventing third parties from intercepting or reading your data.
In accordance with current Spanish Data Protection Law (L.O. 15/1999), this is TodoVino's Privacy Policy:
- Personal data such as name, address and credit card details are kept securely by TodoVino
- You may request and obtain access to this data at any time
- You may modify or ask TodoVino to delete this data at any time
- Your data will not be passed on or sold to third parties or TodoVino partners for any purpose
- Your data will be used only by TodoVino to communicate to you and to carry out transactions you have authorised
- You may unsubscribe from the TodoVino newsletter at any time
Customers may always have access to our files to delete, alter, or correct their personal information, by sending an e-mail to datosclientes@todovino.com.
Can I return my wines if I am not satisfied?
We firmly believe in the exceptional quality of our wines and hope you will find them satisfactory. However, if any purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly offer a replacement or will refund you within 15 days following the receipt of the returned goods. You will have to send back the wine in its original packaging within 7 working days after the delivery date, under the following conditions:
In case of damaged packaging you may either
- Not accept it, communicating to the driver that the package is rejected
OR
- Accept it, pointing out the flaws in the delivery invoice and contacting us by e-mail on entregas@todovino.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. TodoVino will meet the return expenses
If the product itself is damaged, you will have 7 working days to return it in the original packaging. TodoVino will meet the return expenses.
If you want to return the wine for any other reason, and within 7 days after receipt of the goods, you will meet the return expenses.
