We deliver the wines through UPS (United Parcel Service) in specially
designed boxes (wine rack).
Shipping costs to the UK are:

Orders are delivered normally within 6 working days. It is possible
to track the status of an order through the UPS tracking system.
If you would like to do so, please contact us by e-mail (entregas@todovino.com)
and we will confirm the order tracking number for you.
Deliveries will be made on working days only.
Return Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the exceptional quality of our wines and hope
you will find them satisfactory. However, if any purchase fails to
meet your expectations, we will gladly offer a replacement or will
refund you within 15 days following the receipt of the returned goods.
You will have to send back the wine in its original packaging within
7 working days after the delivery date, under the following conditions:

In case of damaged packaging you may either
Not accept it, communicating to the driver that the package is
rejected
or
Accept it, pointing out the flaws in the delivery invoice and
contacting us by e-mail on entregas@todovino.com
within 24 hours of receiving the goods. TodoVino will meet the return
expenses.
If the product itself is damaged, the customer will have
7 working days to return it in the original packaging. TodoVino
will meet the return expenses.
If the customer wants to return the wine for any other reason,
and within 7 days after receipt of the goods, the customer will meet
the return expenses.
Change

If you wish, you can modify your personal information by sending

with the desired changes and we will email you back confirming the
changes.
